Indiana Small Farms Conference

A couple of weeks ago, we had the honor of catering meals and snacks for attendees of the Indiana Small Farms Conference at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds, March 2-4. You'd be surprised how many local products are out there even in winter. We were able to source ingredients from farmers and shops all across Indiana.
