The Juniper Spoon cooked up a feast in the fall at Silverthorn Farm, where guests dined family ­style in the field on white linen. We strive for 100% organic and local cooking, deriving most produce, meats, and additional ingredients from local producers. This fall our menu included apples with crumbled bleu cheese and juniper citrus vinaigrette over local mixed greens , a colorful trio of mashed root vegetables, farm-raised chicken with poblano cream, and boneless leg of lamb from Silver Valley Farm. We can't wait for next year's feast on the farm!
