Our identity as a business is inextricably tied to our partnerships with area farmers and producers, as well as our on-site sustainable practices. Our mission is to fill people’s bellies with good food, made sustainably from good ingredients.

  • We grow a large assortment of vegetables, fruits and herbs on our one-acre garden located right outside our kitchen.  
  • We compost 100% of our non-meat food waste generated by the kitchen. The finished product is then used to feed our no-till chemical-free gardens.
  • We use sustainable products in our kitchen wherever possible.
  • You can host an Earth-friendly event by using our line of palm leaf plates.
  • We choose biodegradable packaging whenever available.
