What size weddings do you cater?
We like to say from 30 to 300 guests, give or take!

Can you fully staff our catered meal?
Yes. We have a team of highly skilled cooks, servers and Event Managers who ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Do you make wedding cakes?
We sure do. We love our Rustic White with Vanilla Buttercream. We also offer Hummingbird Cake with Rose Cream Cheese Frosting, Lemon with Lemon Buttercream, Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream and Apple Cake with 5-Spice Cream Cheese Frosting. We also offer cupcakes! (link to photos?)

Can you provide a bar?
Yes, we offer Hosted (or Open) Bar as well as Cash Bars--beer and wine only. Bar Set-Up is $150 and our Licensed Bartenders are $40 per hour. Some venues provide their own bar so please make sure you check with them first. We support our local breweries!

What service styles do you offer?
Plated Dinners, Buffets, Stations, Heavy Hors d'oeuvres, Family Style, Passed Hors d’oeuvres. We can help you decide the best fit for your event. We even offer a budget buffet with everything on disposable!

Which is cheaper--plated or buffet?
Buffet is definitely cheaper. Plated dinners require a large number of staff people which will quickly drive up the price of your wedding dinner. We take pride in making our buffets beautiful and efficient. Whether you’d like our staff to serve the buffet or self-serve, we think you will love the elegance of our displays. Family style is in the range of plated dinners, since it requires platters for each table and additional staff and food quantities. I’d be happy to talk over all the service options with you! Can you cater an outdoor reception?
We love outdoor receptions! We will need some info about power and water supply and cart/van access and we will likely want to do a site visit with you so we can give you an accurate staffing estimate. Outdoor receptions usually require a lot more walking than indoor venues--thus we increase our staff for all outdoor events.

Will your style match ours?
We try to get to know you through our initial phone call, our email correspondence with you, tastings (optional) and site visits (optional). Many brides send us their Pinterest board or share photos of their “look”. It’s important to us that the food match the event in style, flavor and color. We choose our buffet platters, menu boards and garnishes to fit with your style. We can even incorporate your decor into our buffets and beverage tables.

What is the process to hire you?
Start by filling out Get a Proposal. I’ll contact you to set up a 15 minute phone consult to get to know each other a bit better. In the meantime, review our menus (link) and scan our Instagram page for ideas. After our phone conversation I’ll draw up a Proposal and we can begin the revising process until it fits your vision and budget.

How do I pay?
We accept checks and all major credit cards. All weddings require a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your date. Checks can be mailed to:

Credit card payments include a 3% credit card fee. To pay with credit card please call our office during regular business hours at 765.794.0511

Final payments are due before the event. Any incurred charges (additional staff hours, bar tab) will be billed after the wedding.

What is the process to hire you?
Start by filling out Get a Proposal. If you are a new client, we will schedule a 10 minute phone consult so we can get additional information about the event. Next, we’ll draw up a Proposal. We can then begin the revision process until it fits your vision and budget. Once you are ready to commit we require a $500 deposit to secure the date.

Can you fully staff your event?

Do you offer drop-off service?
Yes we do. We can deliver your hot or cold food in recyclable and biodegradable pans and platters.  Some menu items may not be available for drop-off if they require onsite prep. Due to our busy catering schedule we can’t always fit in short-notice events but we do our best!  

Do you offer boxed lunches?
We do that too! Here’s the menu.

Can you provide a bar?
Yes, we offer hosted bar and cash bar packages for beer and wine. Bartenders are charged separately.
