We loved the food and presentation and have heard only wonderful comments from our guests who enjoyed the non-typical menu and attractive set up. I would do it all again exactly the same except I would try to communicate better about space and table location to make sure the set up scenario worked best for them. I also would have made sure there was more lighting over the food at the outdoor venue because the food set up was so attractive.
